Electronics Communication - Laboratories.
BASICS OF ELECTRICAL ENGG Lab
Basic of Electrical engineering Lab is an engineering lab that deals with the study and application of electricity, and electromagnetism. Students learn the characteristics of the most basic and common components used in Electrical Engineering (i.e. resistors, capacitors, inductors, power supplies, voltmeters and ammeters) and can verify Theorems on DC Circuit Analysis like Kirchhoff’s Voltage Law and Kirchhoff’s Current Law, Thevenin’s Theorem, Norton’s Theorem, Maximum power transfer Theorem.
Student Can Also Verify The Phenomenon Of Resonance Phenomenon In Both Series And Parallel Circuits And Students Can Also Practically Learn Measurement Of Power In 3 – Phase Load By Two Wattmeter Method. The Students Can Conduct The Direct Load Test, Open Circuit Test And Short Circuit Test On Transformers. Students Can Also Check Speed Control Of DC Motor By Various Methods. Basic Knowledge Of Various Types Of Electrical Fuses, MCB And MCCB And types of wires.
Digital Electronics lab
The purpose of the experiments conducted in this lab is to acquaint the student with Digital devices, Design of circuits,Instruments & procedures for electronic test & measurement and teaching practical skills that the student can use in the course of his or her own experimental research projects in digital electronics.
What You'll Learn From This Course
The lab is well equipped with digital lab trainer kits for Basic logic gates IC’s , multiplexer and demultiplexer IC’s, Scientech Flip flop and shift register digital kits, Function Generators and CRO’S. Students learn to design and build simple circuits of his or her own design, use electronic test & measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, timers, function generators, etc. in experimental research and to differentiate between combinational and sequential logic circuits.
